Drive : The spindle in deep-grooved ball bearings is determined by an electric motor through VEE Belt of four step pulley appropriately unprejudiced to prevent vibrations. The additional four speeds are obtained from the gear set. The gears mounted on ball-bearings turn around in self-lubricating sintered bushes housed in four step pulley. The gears are made on gear shaper from best quality materials.

Feed : The hand operated sagacious spindle feed is deliberate by a calibrated feed depth gauge. The quick return of spindle is archived by a coiled spring on cross handle.

Table : Properly machined round table surface is provided with tee slots and can be adjusted vertically by means of rack pinion mechanism. It is also capable of rotating fully through 360 degrees.
